Surf Morocco

Morocco offers world class waves throughout the whole year. If you know when to be where you could find amazing waves to surf every day. The north and the area around Mirleft in summer, Dakhla in December, Taghazout in winter - and Imsouane all year long! We offer surf lessons in Imsouane as well as surf guiding in the entire area but we are also happy to just give you tips and advice for your free surf sessions or to jump in the water with you and independently share some waves.

Imsouane is a very small surfer village where everything is reachable within a 7 minute walk so you don’t need a car to go surfing at all. It is most famous for the wave in the “Bay” which we also call the “Magic Bay” - the longest and most beautiful wave of northern Africa grants you a 1km and 1:30minute ride. Perfect for Fish & performance Longboards as well as for beginners to learn. Once you finish your wave, you can walk all the way back along the beach right into the lineup. On the other side of Imsouane we have the surf spot “Cathedral” which is just as magical as the bay. It is a steeper and faster wave. Ideal for advanced surfers and shortboard riders. The bay is perfect during low tide, cathedral during mid and high tide which means that you can surf 3 sessions every day!

Surf guiding trips can lead you to Tafedna, Desert Point, Dracula, Killer Point, Boilers, Tamri, Anchor Point, La Source, Banana Beach, Anza or if a perfect swell arrives even to La Grotte in Sidi Kaouki or Safi Ras Lefaa for extremely advanced and experienced big wave surfers and tube riders.

Morocco is the paradise of right handers and point breaks with perfect waves, great weather, delicious food, friendly locals and amazing vibes - an absolute must do surf trip of a lifetime.
